On occasion Ruth has filled in as a team member as well as the Project Manager during host company personnel constraints. This makes Ruth much more versatile as she can fill in for department heads and team members keeping their best interests in mind.
Ruth has an innate ability to pull groups together. She understands the emotional upheaval new projects can cause to employees. She is (quick) compassionate, empathetic in seeing the viewpoints of team members. She does an expert job at persuading the resistant people to see the good in what the project will do for the company.
Ruth leads effective meetings. She keeps them to the point and is well aware of how important it is for team members to get back to their normal assignments.
Examples of a few projects that have been managed by Ruth:
"I have worked closely with Ruth as she Project Managed several company-wide ERP implementations for different types of manufacturing companies. She did an outstanding job as a Project Manager. I have worked with a lot of Project managers and she has a very nice personality you can work with. She was instrumental in pulling many departments together with varying challenges and always got the most from her team." -- Anna-Marie Repp, Systems Analyst, Yoshida Group
"Ruth did a terrific job as a Project Manager creating a same day delivery system/stockroom for our spare parts business. She changed the location of our spares inventory and our system for tracking SKUs. This allowed us to increase sales through faster shipping and decrease carrying costs with improved inventory accuracy. I was also impressed with her ability to train line staff at all levels. She did an effective job educating our Planner, Customer Service/Sales and Shipping staffs on the changes she created. She was helpful, organized, and impressed all with her competency and knowledge of inventory and systems management." -- Jim Perris, Vice President of Operations/Engineering, Hanna Car Wash, Inc.
